Welcome!

Hi. Welcome to our new post on all of the issues surrounding losing weight.

I had a stubborn paunch for a number of years before finally arriving on a formula which has worked really well for me. I'm far from perfect with a life full of distractions so there is always room for improvement. I have managed to reduce from 13st 2lbs to 11st 10lbs. I still remain optimistic that I will one day see my abs!!

I hope you will join me on a journey to explore and divulge all of the best weight loss techniques out there. Regular posts will mean you never need to see another website.
