Afternoon all
Sorry about the air silence but have been away in a wi fi free zone of France (some would say that's most of the country!)
This period coincided with little exercise and first gym session back felt tough. Sop I did what I usually do in these circumstances - take the view I just need to move and get used to the feeling again. Automation quickly follows and from there it becomes sort of easier to push harder.
So today 7 mins on rowing machine, AMRAP push ups and pull ups alternating , 5 mins running on the Curve (see earlier post on this) and then finish on the dip bar. And that was it - out in record time. But I feel like I've had a workout. Tomorrow I'll do my leg workout of pistol squats (assisted by TRX balancing) goblet squats with kettlebell and jump lunges. If I can muster something at the end then box jumps.
Gradually I will then get back to a full workout.
